Feeling anxious? You’re not alone – and there are loads of ways to feel calmer and more in control. Everyone's different, so it’s about finding what works best for you.

Talk

Talk to a friend, someone at home – or look for staff wearing the ‘I’m here’ badge. It means they’re a safe person to go to if you’re feeling anxious, low or just need someone to listen.

Apps

Here are some great free apps out there designed to help you look after your mental health. They’ve got simple tools to help you manage stress, handle tough emotions, and learn more about what’s going on in your mind.

Young Minds have a range of information, advice as well as resources including things like wellbeing activities, toolkits and webinars to help support young people.
