Conference and room hire

We havehigh quality facilities available for hire within our children’s centres for training, meetings, workshops, family rooms and tailor made crèche rooms designed for children.

Additional equipment available includes:

Computer
Multimedia projector for presentations
Interactive whiteboard
Flip charts

We can also offer refreshments such as tea and coffee (no biscuits) £1.00 per head per serving

Any activity that meeting the Children's Centre core purpose as directed by the Early Years Coordinator
Families First bookings that relate to a family e.g. core groups, contact visits.

50% discount

Any bookings from voluntaryor charity organisations

25% discount

Staffordshire County Council including FamiliesFirst for Training events, Staff meetings, Internal meetings,

Full charges

Bookings from the private sector, including Entrust.

Please note: if there is a no show then 100% recharge is applicable.

How do I book?

Room bookings need to be made by completingthe form below. No room bookings can take place until a sign copy of the room booking form has been completed and returned to the children’s centre. Failure to comply will result in your room booking being cancelled.
