The HENRY programme
Preparation for Parenthood
This 6-week evidence based programme is designed to support expectant parents to prepare for the arrival of their baby. The programme explores practical, evidence-based information to support you as you become a parent.
The programme covers topics such as:
- Health in pregnancy
- Bonding
- Caring
- And life after birth
Sessions are delivered online and in person
Healthy Families: Right from the start
An 8-week evidence based programme that supports families with children aged 0-5 years to develop a healthier lifestyle for the whole family. The programme helps to develop parenting skills and confidence.
The programme covers topics such as:
- Nutrition
- Physical activity
- Screentime
- Managing challenging behaviour
Sessions are delivered online and in person
Healthy Families: Growing up
This 8-week evidence-based programme focuses on building parents' confidence and skills as children grow up.
The programme explores key themes such as:
- Understanding children's behaviour
- Whole-family lifestyle habits
- Getting active
- Managing screen time, sleep and food through family negotiations

Incredible Years
A 14-session course is designed for parents and carers of children aged 3-6 years. It helps to build confidence in:
- Positive relationships and child-directed play
- Emotional and social development
- Supporting early learning (aligned with EYFS principles)
- Setting boundaries and managing behaviour effectively.
- Supporting creativity, confidence, and independence
- Simple problem-solving steps
- Learning through play
- Supporting early literacy, language, and number skills
