The new Shire Hall Business Centre will be part of our network of 'easy-let' office accommodation located across Staffordshire and following extensive refurbishment and modernisation, it is due to open in the Summer of 2022.
The building houses 21 unfurnished office units of varying sizes. It is managed by us and offers ideal facilities for start-up and small businesses wishing to progress into rented accommodation.

- Flexible working options including PO Box rental and hot desking.

We want to provide the office environment that businesses need to start, thrive and grow. You will find function and flexible office space at the Shire Hall Business Centre in Stafford. Desks are available for rent from as little as £5 a day, or you could pay £150 per month for a mailbox and daily hot desking space. If you have staff then you can have a fully serviced option and up to 3 desks per day for £250 per month. Meetings rooms can be booked for collaboration with staff and customers at a reasonable cost, and individual business units are also available if you need a more personalised space on monthly rolling licences.
