Telephone enquiries about registration services can be made from 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Office opening hours

Appointments are available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with late night opening to 6pm on Wednesdays. 

Saturday appointments for registering births and giving notice are available upon request.

The County Register Office is located at Staffordshire Place in the heart of Stafford town centre.

The Boscobel room provides a large contemporary ceremony room that seats 50 guests.
