Independence at home

Independence at home logoWe are establishing a brand-new Home Care Service across Staffordshire to prevent hospital and care home admissions and act as a provider of last resort.

Our mission is to provide opportunities and choice so that individuals, especially those with complex needs, can thrive.

Short-term care at home

Independence At Home prevents hospital admissions and supports people to age in place and stay at home for as long as possible. We provide short-term homecare and reablement support to adults in Staffordshire, with a focus on maximising independence and wellbeing.

Our reablement service can last for up to six weeks and aims to support your recovery and assist in maintaining your independence at home. We work with occupational therapy teams to identify aids and equipment that can help you.

Our homecare service is short-term care to ensure your needs are met as per your care and support plan. During this time, we will look for reablement opportunities to maximise independence and reduce dependence on formal care provision.
