Out of hours — Emergency Duty Team (EDT)

The EDT works outside normal office hours and handles adult safeguarding, urgent mental health assessments and prioritise referrals. Providing as much information as possible helps us respond more quickly.

Working hours

  • Monday to Friday: 5pm–9am
  • Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays: 24‑hour service
