Adult Social Care Training and Development Fund

  

What is the Adult Social Care Training and Development Fund

Eligible adult social care employers in England can claim staff training costs from the Adult Social Care Training and Development Fund. Eligible adult social care employers can claim varying levels of reimbursement from this fund, for spend on upskilling the adult social care workforce in England. 

The fund is administered by the NHS Business Services Authority on behalf of the Department of Health and Social Care.

Funding was previously available through the Workforce Development Fund, which was administered through a local partnership. This funding is being replaced by the Adult Social Care Training and Development.
