The Care Market Development Team (CMDT) supports adult social care providers across Staffordshire to recruit, develop and retain a skilled workforce.

CMDT can help with:

  • Access to sector-specific training and events for care workers, team leaders, supervisors, nurses, nominated persons, registered managers and deputies.
  • Information, advice and guidance to support workforce and service development.
  • Leadership development for registered managers and other leaders.
  • Support for people seeking employment in care and employers looking to recruit staff.
