Skills Bootcamps can help your business to:

  • quickly recruit and upskill staff with the right training and skills
  • reduce costs associated with traditional recruitment processes
  • boost productivity with motivated participants who can bring in fresh ideas and perspectives

As an employer you will work strongly with a training provider to develop the content and structure of the Skills Bootcamp. This ensures identified skills gaps are prioritised for your business.

Training can lead to accelerated apprenticeships because it is considered prior learning.  This can save your business time and costs.
