Focus groups
During your course, we may visit your group to do a focus group activity. This is an opportunity for you to tell us about your experience. Sometimes the activity has a specific theme, such as digital skills or inclusion.
If you have a concern about your learning, please speak to your tutor first. You can also contact Amanda Darlington, Head of Adult Learning & Skills, or the County Council at any time, to make a comment, compliment or complaint.
