Success Stories

We'd love to hear more about your learning journey. If you want to share your achievements please tag us on your social media posts. Ask your tutor about how to share your success story with us.

Focus groups

During your course, we may visit your group to do a focus group activity. This is an opportunity for you to tell us about your experience. Sometimes the activity has a specific theme, such as digital skills or inclusion.

Progression Survey by telephone

We may telephone learners after the end of the course to find out what you have done since you finished your learning. We use the information to find out if the learning has helped you achieve your long-term goals.

We look at all this information together, to find out if your experience matches our expectations. We look for examples of good practice that can be adopted in other courses, to make sure you have the best possible learning experience. If there are any concerns, we follow these up with the provider to put it right.

If you have a concern about your learning, please speak to your tutor first. You can also contact Amanda Darlington, Head of Adult Learning & Skills, or the County Council at any time, to make a comment, compliment or complaint.
