What is Health and Digital Literacy?

Health literacy is the degree to which individuals can understand health information and then act on this to get help where needed. This might include processing information about their own health status, in terms of recognising their own needs, and it might also include understanding where to go for support and input

Patient Info is a UK website providing expert health articles, tips and information, written and reviewed by health care professionals

Choice Medication is a site development and managed by the Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and has lots of helpful tips for managing your medication.

Easy Health is a website that is perfect for people who prefer to get their health information via pictures and images.
