We check for compliance with the planning permissions we grant for minerals and waste developments and investigate complaints about the 250 'active' minerals and waste sites and any unauthorised mineral and waste activity in accordance with the policies in our Staffordshire Local Monitoring and Enforcement Plan (1.1 MB).
