Stoke-on-Trent & Staffordshire Growth Hub
The Growth Hub was established by the Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) to drive strong, sustainable business growth across the region. It acts as a central point for businesses looking to grow, offering coordinated programmes, networks, and access to specialist advice and services.
Funded by the Department for Business & Trade, the Growth Hub is part of a national network of 42 hubs. Locally, it is delivered in partnership with Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce, providing face-to-face support and signposting to grants, training, and tailored business advice.

Growth Hub advisors are available to help businesses access support programmes, apply for funding, and navigate specialist services. Advisors work collaboratively with local partners to ensure your business gets the right help at the right time.

Funding and Support Programmes
Staffordshire Business Loan Fund
Helping businesses access finance to grow, with loans available from £10,000 to £50,000.
Green Solutions Programme
Support to help businesses reduce their carbon footprint, including:
- Free energy efficiency reviews
- Recommendations to reduce energy use and CO2 emissions
- Grants covering up to 50% of project costs (e.g. LED lighting, boiler upgrades)
