- We currently have no roadworks in progress in Tamworth.
Scheduled
- From September 2025, Amington cycle route works will be taking place along Tamworth Road and Florendine Street in the vicinity of Florendine Primary School as part of an Active Travel England funded scheme to promote walking, wheeling and cycling.
Recently completed
Staffordshire County Council carried out works on phase 2 of the carriageway reconstruction works on A4091 Coleshill Street and Atherstone Street, Fazeley.
Staffordshire County Council carried out significant works at A513 Upper Gungate and Aldergate, Tamworth as work commences on a £1,200,000 investment in the local area.
As part of the Council’s ongoing investment into its roads in Staffordshire, Amey Services Ltd working with Staffordshire County Council, are carrying out works on the A4091 Coleshill Street Traffic Island scheme.
