The Staffordshire County Council (Stafford) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) Order 2018 (Amendment) No. 25/2023
The Staffordshire County Councilin exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 2, 4, 32, 35, 45, 46, 47, 49, 53, 124(1)(d) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 ("the Act of 1984") as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004 ("the 2004 Act") as amended and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act of 1984 hereby makes the following Order:-
1. This Amendment Order shall come into operation on 4th September 2023 and may be cited as the Staffordshire County Council (Stafford) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) Order 2018 (Amendment) No. 25/2023
2. The above Order amends the Plans marked AY 190 and AY 189,incorporating waiting restrictions at locations specified in the Schedule to this Order and which form part of theStaffordshire County Council (Stafford) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) Order 2018 (Amendment) No. 25/2023
and in substitution thereof.

1.Staffordshire County Council on 29/08/2023 made a Traffic Regulation Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce the below:
No waiting at any time on Dartmouth Street and Fairway, Stafford
No waiting Monday – Friday 08:00am to 09:30am and 2:30pm to 4:00pm on Fairway, Stafford
School Keep Clear markings on Fairway, Stafford
2. Documents may be examined during office hours at 1 Staffordshire Place, Tipping Street, Stafford, ST16 2DH, or at: www.staffordshire.gov.uk/trafficregulationorders.
3. Persons questioning the validity or provisions of the Order on the grounds that such powers are not conferred by the Act, or that any requirement or instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the date the Order was made apply to the High Court.
4. The Order will commence on 04/09/2023
