Activities: The morning consists of lots of fun sports & activities such as dodgeball, table tennis & badminton as well as a swimming lesson with teacher (pool fun for those who are confident in water already) all lead by Burntwood Leisure Centre staff. Lunch time is a healthy hot meal. MAMA UK take the group for an afternoon of mindfulness, yoga and kick boxing.
