Aiming High
Aiming High offers activities and short breaks for children and young people aged 0 to 18 with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) who live in Staffordshire.
You do not need an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) to take part.
What is Aiming High?
The programme helps children and young people:
- Build confidence
- Develop independence
- Enjoy new experiences
Some activities are for the whole family. Others are for children and young people to attend on their own.
What activities are available?
Activities include:
- Sensory experiences
- Day trips
- Sports
- Youth clubs
- Nature and outdoor activities

Free activities
Children and young people can access free activities each month:
- Usually one free activity per month
- Extra sessions during school holidays (for example, two in February half term and two in July and August)
Free activities can be booked from the 1 to the 11 of each month.
Additional activities
You can book extra activities from day 12 of the month onwards.
There may be a fee payable directly to the activity organiser.

- Your child’s name
- Date of birth
