Have you have lost or damaged your travel pass?
You will need to make an application to order a replacement pass. The easiest way to do this is to apply online. Select the 'school bus passes' option.

How much will it cost?
The cost of a replacement pass is £10.00
Will I need to send another photo?
If your child’s bus pass needs a photo, we may already have one. If we need a new photo, we will get in touch and ask you for it.
When will the replacement pass arrive?
We will post the new pass to your child’s home address. You should receive it within 7 to 10 working days.
Can my child still use the school bus without a pass?
Yes. Your child’s school can give a temporary bus pass while you wait for the new one. It will last for 10 school days.
I don’t know the route number or bus stop. Can I still order a pass?
Yes. Please fill in as much information as you can. We will contact you if we need anything else.
My child’s school or home address has changed. Can I get a pass for a different route?
If your child gets free school transport, please contact the School Admissions Team:

They will check if your child is still entitled to transport for the new address or school.
Can I ask for a different bus stop?
Yes. If your child wants to use a different stop, please contact us.
