Silverdale enterprise Centre is part of our network of 'easy-let' office and workshop accommodations located across Staffordshire

Three office buildings of various sized units, plus nine industrial workshop units. It is managed by us and offers ideal facilities for start-up and small to medium-sized businesses wishing to progress into rented accommodation.

  • 19 unfurnished office units 160 sq ft and 320 sq ft on monthly licences

  • 12 workshops 177 sq ft on monthly licences
  • 9 industrial workshop units from 600 sq ft to 2400 sq ft on leases

  • Meeting/conference room facilities

  • Offices available on easy monthly licence agreement

  • Industrial workshops available on fully repairing lease agreement

  • On-site centre management

  • Ample free on-site car parking

  • Maintained communal kitchen and toilets, including disabled facilities
