We use Google Analytics to track page visits through the site. These tell us which pages were visited, the route someone took through the site and an approximate location for the user. This cookie helps us to understand a user's route through the site, so that we can adapt and improve it. This does not record any personal details or monitor anything you type in our forms.
Providers will be required to complete Staffordshire County Council’s attendance record template. This should be returned within 10 working days of the HAF provision finishing for that term. The returns must include the number of children that attended, the number of days each child attended and the number of children of primary and secondary ages. Returns will also need to include details of the number of children reporting as SEND plus the number of places booked where the child did not attend (no show), cancellations and walk-ins.
