Together with Amey we are carrying out essential carriageway resurfacing works in Market Street, Rugeley from Station Road Island to Bryans Lane; as we start work on a £90,000 investment in the local area to make significant improvements to the quality of our road network.

When are the works taking place?

The works started on 12 March 2018.

When will the works be completed?

These works will take approximately 10 days to complete.

Will I be able to access my home/business?

Access to your premises will be maintained throughout the surfacing operation, however there may be times of short restriction as we carry out these essential repairs outside each property. If this is the case then you will need to take advice from a member of the site team.

What effect could the works have on me?

The majority of the works will take place under temporary traffic signals in order to maintain a throughroute for vehicles with as little impact or inconvenience as possible, but as with any major works, somedisturbance is unavoidable.
