Off-street parking fines

Off-street public car parks are often the responsibility of the local District or Borough Council.

Penalty Charge Notices (PCN’s) for parking contraventions in off-street car parks are payable to the District or Borough Council that issued the PCN. The issuing authority logo and name will be displayed on the PCN together with an a PCN Number that has a two-letter prefix that is unique to that authority.

Only payments for PCN’s that contain a PCN Number that begin with the prefix GE, can be made to Staffordshire County Council online.
