As you’re probably aware, your service level agreement (SLA) provides you with information governance training included at no extra cost. During the pandemic we have seen a change in the way we deliver training by moving away from face to face classroom based to virtual. We also conducted some market research across schools in 2021 which found that the preferred method of provision was virtually. Therefore for the time being we are continuing to provide virtual training sessions through Microsoft Teams.
We release details of courses to all SLA school contacts via the school bag, through our email bulletins and we detail them on this page.
For the Summer term we have the below sessions scheduled via MS Teams.
