Your device is not correctly set up with an Adobe digital ID. You cannot set up multiple IDs (ie for multiple users) on the same device. You can either check within one of the apps which ID it is set up with, or delete the app and reinstall it from the beginning.
Your Adobe ID will normally be the email address you used when you first signed up for an Adobe ID. There is also a forgotten password link. If you do not have one you can create one in advance at the Adobe web site.
