Can I use computers and the internet in my library?

Question:
Can I use computers and the internet in my library?
Answer:

Yes, your library has computers with internet access that you can use for free.  We recommend that you book some time on a computer to make sure there's one available for you when you visit. You can book a computer in advance online or by calling your library. You'll need the barcode number from your library card and your PIN.

First time users

If you are a first time user we have to ensure that you have signed our Word Document Internet Access Registration (42 KB) and upgrade your account before you can access the library computers. This is required because the new card number which you will be given allows access to our library computers. You can complete the form by:

  • Going into any library and signing the form or;
  • Taking a signed copy into the library or;
  • Printing the form, sign it and then email to a library email address. You can find these on the local libraries webpages.

If you are under 16, a parent or guardian will need to sign the form.

Visit our Computer Access page for more information.
