You will need to apply for a replacement. The easiest way is to apply online. If you do not have access to the Internet please call 0300 111 8000 to replace the badge over the phone.
- You will need a debit or credit card to pay the £10 charge to replace the lost or stolen badge
- To prevent fraud we can only post replacement badges to the address on the original badge record. If you have moved address you will need to start a new application and submit your criteria evidence once again.
