A personal sanctuary

Is the bed/cot and other furniture safely positioned away from radiators and windows?
Is the cot bedding suitable? (Cot bumpers and duvets are not safe to be used for infants unless assessed by Occupational Therapy)
Does the bedroom have any other hazards such as a gas boiler or immersion heater? If so, please complete a risk assessment.
If a loft conversion has been installed, was planning permission/building regulations implemented and signed off by an architect? Please view relevant documents.
