• Is the bed/cot and other furniture safely positioned away from radiators and windows?
• Is the cot bedding suitable? (Cot bumpers and duvets are not safe to be used for infants unless assessed by Occupational Therapy)
• Does the bedroom have any other hazards such as a gas boiler or immersion heater? If so, please complete a risk assessment.
• If a loft conversion has been installed, was planning permission/building regulations implemented and signed off by an architect? Please view relevant documents.
