• Are medicines and razors locked away?
• Are shampoos etc. stored in their original containers?
• Is there a lock on the door? Is it out of the reach of small children? If not, consideration needs to be given to how the carers will gain access in an emergency.
• Is the bathroom adequately ventilated?
