Planning service - Coronavirus update

In the current circumstances the planning team are continuing to work from home.
Nevertheless, we are endeavouring to make progress with current planning applications - for example, by emailing statutory consultees in the normal way. However, we recognise that statutory consultees are likely to be under the same restrictions as we are.
We are also continuing to accept the submission of planning applications and details to discharge conditions via the National Planning Portal, or direct to us using our email address below.
Fee payments can also continue to be made via the National Planning Portal. However, due to our current working arrangements we are unable to accept telephone fee payments or cheques. BACS payments can however be made. Please contact us for advice on making a BACS payment using our email address below.
In addition, please note the following:
- Where it is safe to do so, we are now visiting sites and carrying out normal publicity arrangements for new applications - for example posting site notices and hand delivering neighbour notification letters or sending them through the post.
We will update this advice when circumstances change.
