New IT system for the Planning Team
A new IT system for the Planning Team has arrived!
After almost 20 years we've now introduced a new IT system to support the the back-office processing of the planning applications we handle.
The new system is linked to new Citizen Portals where you can:
- view planning applications and permissions;
- track and comment on planning applications;
- request pre-application advice; and,
- report planning concerns about quarries and waste sites.
We have turned off our previous on-line Applications Register and set up a re-direct so the web links that we've previously included in emails, letters, reports and notices should find their new target and avoid a broken web link. If you experience a problem go to the new Planning - Citizen Portal and enter, or better still copy and paste, the case reference number in the quick search box.
