SEND Family Partnership (formerly Parent Partnership) is for parents and carers of children and young people (aged 0 to 25), with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and children and young people (up to 25) with SEND.

We offer information, advice and support about education, health and social care issues to support Staffordshire's SEND Local Offer.
