Admission Arrangements for County Council maintained schools and voluntary maintained schools

Admission arrangements for schools maintained by Staffordshire County Council and voluntary maintained schools

Staffordshire County Council is consulting on the admission arrangements for 2020-21 from 01 October 2018 until 11 November 2018.

The County Council is proposing  a change to the admissions arrangements for community and voluntary controlled schools by giving the second highest priority to “children who have left care under adoption, special guardianship or child arrangements order or were adopted from ‘state care’ outside England and Wales.”  There are also proposed alterations to the school admissions catchment area boundary of Paget High School and Paulet High School in Burton to take account of new developments within the area.
