This data is required by the Department for Education. Not recording the correct information for each child could result in delayed payments. The correct ethnicity codes can be reviewed in the document below:
How to get an account to the EY Portal?
Providers may require one or more Users to access their EY Portal.
When a User leaves the Provider, their access to the Provider account will have to be removed. This can be done using the same form (below).
Please make sure you have indicated on the form whether it is a New User or a Closure of an Existing User that is required.
