Adult and Community Learning Service - Learner Feedback 2017/18
We are committed to putting all learners at the centre of learning.
We ask all of our learners to complete a course feedback form. As a learner you have the opportunity not only to tell us about your learning but to let Ofsted, who inspect our service, know what you think as well.
If you would like to take part in their survey to rate your further education and skills provider please go to the Learner View website and register your details including your email account.
You will also need the URN number for Staffordshire County Council which is 54584.
How can I get involved?
Join a learner forum or become a learner representative where are you learning.
Are you learning with a college out in the community and want to become more involved? Ask if they have learner forums and/or learner representatives. Most colleges have learner forums and learner representatives where there are opportunities to influence courses.

We welcome feedback about how we can make things better for you. If you have any comments, please pass them on to your tutor and continue to let us know how we can improve our service. We appreciate receiving any compliments you would like to make about your course.

Texts will be recorded and then deleted. Records will be kept confidential.
All complaints will be handled fairly and politely. All enquiries whether by phone, letter or email will be responded to within 20 working days.
