Overview

We need your feedback!

Staffordshire Children’s Centres serve their local community and our services are designed at providing all children within Staffordshire the best start in life.

Your feedback is crucial in helping us ensure we are providing the services to meet your needs and to do this we carry out an annual Children’s Centre Satisfaction Survey.  We would like your feedback whether you are a regular user, have only accessed our services once or never accessed our services before.

Listed below are the satisfaction surveys for all of our 8 districts. Each survey is produced taking into account the services available locally.  We would be very grateful if you could take the time to complete the relevant survey for the district you reside in.

PLEASE NOTE:  All of the surveys are available in either the 'Related links' or 'Related Consultations' sections below apart from the Cannock Chase Children's Centre survey which can be found in the 'Give us your views' section - also below.

If you have any questions then please do not hesitate in contacting Sarah Edgerton on 07901 350546, or email county.childrenscentres@staffordshire.gov.uk

The closing date for survey completion is Friday 13th October 2017.
