Registration service standards

We are commited to delivering a service which meets a statutory standard for the registration of births, deaths, marriages and civil partnerships. 

We regularly monitor customer satisfaction which is then used to improve the service that we deliver. If you would like to provide us with feedback, please email registrarsenquiries@staffordshire.gov.uk

Our customer service standards set out a number of standards across telephone and written communication including email and those services delivered face-to-face and will help us deliver the promises we've made to the public in the county council's Customer Charter.
