We know that planning meals can be challenging, especially when you're trying to:
- Cook meals that everyone will enjoy
- Find inspiration and try new recipes
- Make sure meals are healthy and nutritious
- Stick to a tight budget
- Use Free School Meal vouchers to provide lunches for the whole week
How we can help
Staffordshire County Council has partnered with Family Action to create simple, low-cost recipes and weekly meal ideas. These resources are designed to help families cook nutritious meals without overspending.
Each recipe uses familiar ingredients you may already have at home. They’re easy to follow, even for beginners, and children can get involved too. Some recipes also include step-by-step video guides.
