The legal fees for giving notice and for the consideration of divorce or dissolution documents granted outside of England and Wales are set by the General Register Office, and these fees are separate to the Ceremony costs.
The table below outlines the different types of costs and the current rates. At the time of booking, you’ll need to pay a non-refundable booking fee. In addition, there’s a Ceremony fee which is due no later than 6 weeks before the date of your Ceremony. All ceremony fees shown include one certificate.
