What is the OJEU?

Question:
What is the OJEU?
Answer:

The OJEU is the Official Journal of the European Union.

Current EU thresholds are for services £164,176 and works £4,104,394. If the value of a contract is above the EU thresholds then we must advertise the tender in the supplement to the OJEU.

Some types of services are exempt from this rule. There are many lower value contracts that do not need us to follow an OJEU tender process.
