How to Apply
There are several ways in which you can apply for tender documentation. These include:
- By applying to the email address given in the OJEU publication.
- By selecting the contract area you are interested in from our web site and following the instructions contained therein or;
Simply write to us indicating the area(s) of business you are interested in. We will then contact you and explain if a contract(s) currently exist for your products and what steps you will need to take to receive tender documents.

Before viewing the list of contracts, please take note of the following information:
- Your request must be in writing by email or by fax.
- You may apply for one or more of the tenders listed.
- Please confirm that you are applying for the tender through this web site.
For most of the contracts listed information sheets are available detailing the main requirements and provisions of the contract concerned and these are available from Staffordshire Procurement.
