Vehicles that will require a permit
Van
Car with a trailer
Pick-up truck
Camper van
Vehicles with more than 8 seats (or where seats and fittings have been removed).

The proposals will also impact those who dispose of trade waste at the sites. The proposals include three options for the disposal of trade waste.
