SURVEY: Customer service enquiries across Staffordshire and Lichfield

Staffordshire County Council and Lichfield District Council are exploring ways to improve how residents interact with their local council, regardless of whether it is a County Council or District Council service. Our ambition is to provide a joined-up, high-quality service that is easy to access and simple to use, regardless of which council you need to speak to.

In this first phase, we are looking at waste and recycling enquiries.
