Get INTO Cycle training
Being trained by a professional National Standard Cycling Instructor provides individuals with the opportunity to learn to ride, take your basic riding skills to a new level and reduce your car use to cycling more often. Increasing physical and mental health is a known benefit of riding a bike. Training is available for all levels and ages funded and delivered by Staffordshire County Council’s cycling providers Cyclist Training Ltd in certain areas of the county. The funding available to the council is currently linked to infrastructure improvements (new cycle routes) in Stafford and Burton town locations between end of 2021 and end July 2022. At this point we hope that funding will be released to move this opportunity to wider county areas.
