Telephone IT support
If you need some basic IT support a telephone call from one of our staff, volunteers or one of our partners in adult community learning might be able to help you out.
Submit your details in the form below and we will be in touch. Please note: We cannot guarantee a particular date/time so please be as flexible as possible when providing us with suitable times to call.
Calls may last up to 30 minutes. If during your call we are unable to resolve your IT query we may ask you to book a further session or signpost you to another organisation.
