National lockdown: Stay at home

Order and collect library service

An ‘order and collect’ service continues to operate in the libraries currently open. This is to provide a range of your preferred genres or subjects, and will be a tailored selection from stock available on library shelves. To request particular titles, the paid-for reservations system is also available and customers can place these on titles showing “available” on the online catalogue. Browsing in libraries will not be available at this time.

How to order

You can place your order for books in advance of your visit by telephoning 0300 111 8000 or your local library, or by completing and submitting the online forms below. You will be notified when your books are available for collection.
