When will the RBdigital app and website become unavailable?
The RBdigital site will become inactive on 31 March 2021.
What happens to the title(s) I currently have checked out on RBdigital?
Current checkouts will be available until 31 March.
What happens to holds I have through RBdigital?
Holds will not be moved to Libby. You can export your Transaction History from the RBdigital website by accessing My Account > Profiles. You can place holds on those titles again in Libby.
What happens to my checkout history from RBdigital?
Checkout history will not be moved to Libby. However, you’ll be able to mark titles you’ve already read using Tags in Libby. You can export your Transaction History from the RBdigital websites by accessing My Account > Profiles.
What happens to my wish list from RBdigital?
Wish lists will not be moved to Libby. You can export your Transaction History from the RBdigital website by accessing My Account > Profiles. You can recreate your wish list in Libby using Tags.

Will there be a lending period for magazines?
Yes, the lending period is 21 days.
Can I renew magazines?
Yes. You will have the option to renew a magazine within 3 days of the end of the lending period. Since magazines are offered under simultaneous use, you could also borrow the magazine again at any time.
Will magazines count against my checkout limits?
No. Magazines will not count toward checkout limits.
Will there be an option to automatically borrow new issues of a magazine?
No. We do not currently have plans to support auto-checkout of magazine titles
