Sensory rooms

Sensory RoomMulti-sensory rooms through the use of light, colour and music can enhance sensory development in babies and young children. The equipment available can help improve hand and eye co-ordination, encourage language development and create feelings of calm and relaxation.

Stafford has two sensory rooms and both can be booked free of charge. 

Stafford Library Sensory Room

The room is suitable for under 5’s and individuals with additional needs accompanied by carer(s).
