Createspace

Createspace is a combined arts project supporting adults to create the space for the arts in their daily lives.CreateSpace poster

Createspace has been developed by Creative Health CIC (Arts & Health) with Galleries, Museums and Libraries in Walsall, Wolverhampton, Birmingham and Staffordshire and is supported by Arts Council England, National Lottery Project Grants Scheme.

In Staffordshire libraries, older adults will participate in artist led interdisciplinary workshops where they will be offered an opportunity to have time, space and inspiration to create art.

Createspace is currently running online

Join the Facebook Staffordshire CreateSpace Group for regular creative activities from artists at Juneau Projects.

Phil & Ben will be posting activities every Friday for 12 weeks for you to have a go at - you can share your work with the rest of the group if you wish, or just enjoy taking part.

The project is centred on the idea of taking time in your daily life to be creative. Even if you can only spend a small part of your day or week doing a creative activity it can have a positive impact on overall wellbeing.

Join Staffordshire CreateSpace Facebook Creative & Social Group.

For those who don't have access to Facebook, we are posting each activity to our Staffordshire Libraries Activity Resource website.
